This seminar will offer advice on the most important things to focus on in training. Be it training your staff and employees or learning a few new things for yourself. Mike will give tips from his 15+ year of training talent on the best ways to handle new emcees and how to mold them into the DJs and Entertainers that will best represent your company. Mike’s sessions are not only for multi-ops, single system operators will find the tips presented to be helpful in polishing their performance. He will also give his session by session breakdown, explaining each of his 16 classes and what he covers in them.

Mike will have a Power Point presentation to coincide with his seminar, which will assist attendees in following along.
